Emanuele Satolli is an Italian photojournalist. After attending the School of Journalism in Turin he specializes in photojournalism and started working for TIME magazine on a drug addiction story in Russia. The project ‘Krokodil Tears’ was selected by TIME among the best publications of 2013 and exhibited at the Lumix Festival in Hannover, and the Festival della Fotografia Etica of Lodi, Italy. Emanuele has also worked on the issue of immigration in Central America realizing ‘In the Bag for North’, a still life project published on TIME and other international magazines. ‘In the Bag for North’ was also exhibited at the Delhi Photo Festival 2015. He currently lives in Istanbul where recently has been working on the situation of the Syrian refugees camps in the south-east of Turkey.
