Balaji Maheshwar, as an artist, identifies himself by the name ‘Raskolnikov’. He
is a Photographer as well as an Independent Film maker from Chennai. He has
been working on his photobook ‘Dear Cinema’ for the past five years and is also
presently working on a feature length documentary titled ‘Thalaivar’ based on
Tamil Cinema and Politics.
