Ravinder Reddy Duggempudi, aged 55 years, belongs to the rare breed of photographers who always have an eye for the picture and nose for the news. He always looks for human element while taking any picture and believes that it is all about giving life to photographs - be it the demolition of Babri Masjid at Ayodhya or the devastating earthquake at Lathur.
His works have been published in the prestigious book “The Definitive Images – From 1958 to The Present”, published by Dorling Kindersley, London. His Gigapan panorama picture of Charminar, the only picture representing entire Asian region, was published in the Gunnies Book of World Records winner gigantic book with the title “Earth Platinum Atlas” measuring 6’ X 9’.
So far he has published his own six pictorial coffee-table books, namely “India – Andhra Pradesh”, “Hyderabad – Portrait of a City”, “YSR – Man of The People”, “Threads of Hope – The Magical Weaves of Andhra Pradesh”, “Tirumala”, “Traditional Crafts of Andhra Pradesh” & "Journey of the Hyderabad city Police'.
